We are seeking a marketer to manage the development of marketing strategy and programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for our new energy and chemical segments. The role reports to the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director for Process Industries and collaborates with Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, Business Units, and Marketing functions globally.

Responsibilities
- Hybrid Industries, chiefly, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Lifesciences (LS) Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to Hybrid Industry Market Segments, aligning with our goals, customer needs and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, assess competition, and understand customer needs.
- Industry relationship development: Build direct knowledge of important Hybrid industry partners and associations, understanding their unique requirements and position our products and services using the voice of the customer.
- Product Positioning: Work with product management and portfolio marketing teams to ensure offerings align with Hybrid industries segment needs and help define product positioning.
- Marketing Campaigns: Help build marketing campaigns with campaign leaders and commercial marketing managers. Support digital marketing, content creation, trade shows, and other promotional activities to build awareness and demand within the Hybrid industries market.
- Content: Draft and review content to support external campaigns, create presentations, write or co-write blogs.
- Thought leadership: Moderate webinars, user groups and panel discussions; deliver presentations; represent Rockwell Automation in industry associations; create original thought leadership through blogs, interviews and articles for trade publications.
- Return on investment Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of both commercial and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Matrix Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance to our group, building strategic framework and messaging to support Hybrid industries integrated campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on Hybrid industries marketing performance and commercial metrics to marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Hybrid industries (CPG and/or LS) manufacturing automation and digital transformation; domain experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Engineering required; Master’s preferred in process engineering, manufacturing, or automation engineering.
- Expertise with Hybrid industries, key companies, and market trends.
- Ability to provide leadership in a matrixed company structure.
- Global mindset and ability to work with a global organization.
- 5+ years of experience delivering executive updates and presentations.
