Mondelez International seeks a Senior Internal Controls leader to oversee the controls framework across multiple countries in the WACAM region, driving SOX, CSA, CCM, and governance with an emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing. You will train, mentor, and partner with senior management to strengthen risk management and compliance.

The role requires a seasoned finance leader who can manage a diverse team, implement process improvements, and operate in a hybrid work environment across LatAm

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on internal controls experience in a multinational context.
• Strong background in risk assessment, policy compliance, and control design across finance and operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Internal Controls team across multiple countries, partnering with senior management to optimize control environments.
• Oversee SOX testing cycles, CSA exercises, and CCM monitoring and training.
• Conduct risk-based control reviews and provide advisory support on process risks and control design.
• Drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across internal control processes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing IC team and contribute to finance talent development.
