WeWork in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Contract Manager to partner with the Area Director and Facilities Operations Manager. You will shape strategy, review systems for future readiness, and lead vendor management across service contracts.

You will coordinate budgets, track opex, support legal for licenses when needed, and ensure compliance with standards. A background in facilities, operations, and contracts with strong Excel and leadership skills is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in vendor management, facilities or operations.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of individual contributors.
• Experience in contracts administration (maintenance, security, facilities, utilities).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of KPIs and operational control.
• Strong communication, project management and business operations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor management: monitor, report and review performance against SLAs & KPIs.
• Chair meetings with service providers and track actions.
• Ensure compliance with life safety systems and relevant legislation.
• Oversee cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for service contracts.
• Support procurement and administration for new vendors and renewals.
• Lead end-of-month Opex reviews and cost tracker updates.
