Formación

• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience
• Experience leading complex data platform initiatives
• Strong system architecture background in distributed data systems
• Expert proficiency in cloud-native data platforms and data warehousing
• Strong experience with data governance and data quality frameworks

Responsabilidades

• Define data architecture and platform strategy across pipelines, warehouses, and data lakes
• Build scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
• Enforce data governance, quality standards, and compliance across the platform
• Drive data platform modernization focusing on performance, cost and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers and lead architectural decisions across the team
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align data platforms with business goals
