Our partner is looking for a strong Front-End Developer to join their product team and help build an AI-first platform focused on creating a more natural, personalized, and intuitive way for users to interact with products, tools, and dApps.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building products, has experience bringing real, live digital products and features to market, has strong front-end execution, understands product experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment. This individual will be writing code every day and contributing directly to the development of new products and features.

This is a senior individual contributor role where seniority means technical depth, ownership, and execution—not stepping away from the code into people management.

We're looking for a builder with demonstrable work, live products, a strong portfolio, and a professional engineering mindset—someone who enjoys creating, shipping, and continuously improving software and wants to remain hands-on as their career progresses.

This position is open to candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and improve modern web applications and product experiences.
• Write production code every day and remain directly involved in building and shipping the product.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into functional, polished interfaces.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end features.
• Support full-stack development when needed, including API integrations and backend logic.
• Collaborate on AI-first user experiences and product flows.
• Translate designs, journeys, and specs into clean, responsive, production-ready interfaces.
• Move quickly, iterate often, and adapt as the product vision evolves.
• Use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted workflows, while maintaining strong technical judgment.
• Maintain high standards for performance, security, usability, and code quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with React, Next.js, Svelte, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building real web applications or digital products that are live and available online.
• Ability to show a portfolio, GitHub, or published work examples.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture, and UI implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and build pixel-conscious, polished interfaces.
• Experience with APIs, backend integrations, and full-stack workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English in a professional environment.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing product environment.
• Professional, self-aware, and able to explain your work clearly without overhyping.
• Interested in continuing to grow as a hands-on individual contributor rather than transitioning into a primarily people-management role.
• This is a hands-on engineering role, not a people-management position. Candidates should be excited to remain actively involved in coding and product development.
• Must provide a GitHub link.
• Must provide a portfolio, personal website, or live product examples.
• Must be able to explain your exact role in past projects.
• Must have experience working with production grade engineering workflows, not CMS/Template based.
• Live, secure websites or products are required.
• English is required for company communication and future interviews.
