Job summary

Carenet Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with our Technology leadership team, turning complex data into strategic insights that influence technology budgets and decisions.

You will build advanced Excel models and Power BI dashboards, deliver executive-ready reports, and drive AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency and accuracy across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, FP&A knowledge, Business Operations, Technology Operations, KPI reporting or related.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial data analysis and budget visibility for Technology leadership.
• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, spending, commitments, and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor technology vendor expenses, software subscriptions, purchase orders, renewals, and invoices.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Investigate discrepancies, reporting gaps, and unusual financial results.
• Implement AI-enabled automation and process improvements to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Establish scalable reporting templates, workflows, and documentation.
• Track action items, deadlines, and priorities through completion.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology teams to maintain accurate information.
• Proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities and provide leadership with recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, FP&A knowledge, Business Operations, Technology Operations, Contact Center Analytics or KPI Reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting senior leaders with executive reporting and strategic business priorities
• Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, expense management, and financial reconciliation
• Experience using AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, or automation technologies to improve reporting and operational processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting Technology or IT organizations, technology budgeting, vendor management, software subscriptions, or operational reporting preferred
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and automated reporting solutions preferred
