Auxis seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead the gathering, translation, and validation of business requirements for client automation projects. You will drive discovery workshops, secure client sign-off, and ensure alignment with RPA and AI delivery standards, including GenAI use cases.

You will mentor junior analysts, guide solution design, and collaborate with RPA developers on testing and deployment, while maintaining rigorous RTM and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance & Accounting, Insurance, HR, or ITO services.
• Minimum 3+ years BA experience on UiPath (or comparable RPA) implementation projects.
• Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops and obtain client sign-off.

Responsabilidades

• Lead gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for client automation engagements.
• Provide senior-level functional and operational recommendations to Auxis delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Review and refine automation business cases to optimize client processes.
• Describe As-Is and To-Be processes and quantify business cases with RPA and AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/GenAI (document understanding, data extraction, LLMs) in automation.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops for RPA, AI, and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to shape implementation plans and work with RPA Developers during testing.
• Own RTM and ensure requirements are validated, traceable, and signed off by the client.
• Serve as primary bridge between Auxis teams and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Analysts and review their deliverables for quality.
• Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate scope clarifications with internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day issues in automation projects.
• Identify reusable components and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery assets.

As a senior member of the solution delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst leads the gathering and translation of business and functional requirements into well-structured, automatable solution designs for Auxis clients. The role owns requirement definition end to end—facilitating discovery workshops, validating scope with stakeholders, and securing client sign-off—while ensuring solutions align with delivery standards and best practices across RPA and AI. The role identifies where intelligent automation and Generative AI (GenAI) can add value, assessing use cases that combine RPA with AI capabilities such as document understanding, intelligent data extraction, and large language model (LLM) based solutions. Beyond individual delivery, the Senior Business Analyst provides technical and process guidance to junior analysts, drives quality across engagements, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep business process knowledge, and hands-on expertise in RPA and AI technologies, particularly UiPath.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for client automation engagements.
• Provide senior-level functional and operational recommendations to Auxis delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Review and refine automation business cases to optimize, improve, and automate client business processes.
• Conduct high-level assessments, describe As-Is processes, define To-Be automated processes, and quantify business cases with a sound understanding of UiPath products, RPA, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and Generative AI (e.g., document understanding, intelligent data extraction, LLM-based solutions) to enhance or extend automation solutions, defining requirements and success criteria for AI-enabled components.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops to define best-fit automation solutions—spanning RPA, AI, and GenAI—for target process areas.
• Partner with Solution Architects to shape implementation plans for RPA solutions and work closely with RPA Developers through testing and deployment.
• Own the Requirement Traceability Matrix and ensure requirements are validated, traceable, and signed off by the client.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Auxis delivery teams and client business stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical/process guidance to junior Business Analysts, and review their documentation for quality and completeness.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings on behalf of the project manager and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for scope clarifications.
• Proactively identify, escal­ate, and resolve day-to-day issues arising during automation projects with timely resolutions.
• Identify reusable solution components and contribute to the continuous improvement of Auxis delivery assets and best practices.
• Develop success stories and case studies from client implementations to share internally and with the broader delivery practice.

Skills and Experience

• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance & Accounting, Insurance, HR, or ITO services, including experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Minimum 3+ years of BA experience on UiPath (or comparable RPA) implementation projects, across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops and drive them to client sign-off independently.
• Strong understanding of RPA technology, solution feasibility assessment, and documentation practices.
• Working knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, document understanding/IDP, intelligent data extraction) and the ability to identify and scope AI-enabled automation use cases.
• Experience assessing where AI/GenAI capabilities can be combined with RPA to improve process outcomes, including feasibility, data readiness, and risk considerations.
• Extensive experience using Visio and documentation tools to prepare process mapping (Current & Future State), workflow diagrams, and low-level process documentation (PDD/SDD).
• Excellent logical and analytical skills to define and challenge solutions for complex business problems.
• Experience creating and maintaining a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Experience with UiPath partner products such as ABBYY is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior Business Analysts and reviewing their deliverables for quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Strong process-oriented and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience adapting to defined document templates and obtaining client sign-off on requirements.
• Ability to gather requirements from an RPA perspective, including integration and exception-handling parameters.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish/English bilingual preferred).
• Strong self-initiative and the ability to manage follow-up across multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor while coordinating across delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
