Aditi Consulting seeks a Senior Ruby Developer to join an innovative AI-enabled engineering initiative for a global Life Sciences client.

You will build scalable Ruby backends, integrate Claude AI into the workflow, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting, planning, and operational visibility across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Senior experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails.
• Backend application development experience.
• Experience using Claude AI during software development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and SDLC.

You\'ll help transform a traditional software development lifecycle into an AI-enabled engineering model by leveraging Claude AI as part of the daily development workflow.
