Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Sourcing Team Lead in Latin America to oversee end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management, ensuring best terms, quality, and timely delivery for our businesses.

You will lead a team of 5+ sourcing specialists across categories, drive defined savings, and partner with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and enable value across Marketing, HR, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing / contract management experience, including drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to consult and negotiate with business partners.
• Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading multicultural teams and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process.
• Drive supplier negotiations and ensure performance in service, quality, and delivery.
• Execute sourcing events and evaluate results with suppliers.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts using approved templates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other functions; ensure policy compliance.
