Job summary

Empresaconfidencial seeks an accomplished leader to own client projects end to end, coordinating delivery with an embedded, remote team and client executives. The role requires deep technical understanding and strong business sense to balance scope, risk, and value.

You will drive architecture discussions, manage ambiguity, and travel regularly to client sites to ensure successful outcomes across industries and AI applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or engineering leadership roles where execution and customer trust were critical.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Enough engineering depth to read code and discuss architecture decisions.
• Full-cycle experience, from concept to deployment.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to translate between technical, product, and business stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting requirements, and conflicting objectives.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.

Job description

You’ll own one or more customer projects end to end. A typical day includes a standup with your delivery team, a call with a client CTO or executive team to review the latest demo, updating your PRD with new insights, syncing with your tech lead on tradeoffs, and maybe joining a prospective client call to help scope the next project.

You’ll work as an embedded insider. You’ll learn how each client makes money, which workflows matter, and who holds budget. You’ll use that to decide what to build, what to sequence, and when to say no. You’ll also separate real product bottlenecks from execution or change-management problems, and bring clear, evidence-backed signals back to engineering.

What we’re looking for
