AgileEngine in Manizales, CAL, Colombia seeks a mid-level C# Developer to contribute to an application-protection product built on C# and IL. You will collaborate with two senior engineers, handle obfuscation and runtime protection, and supervise AI-assisted development using Claude Code.

You will also explore adjacent tasks outside the main stack, including C++ packages, front-end work, and CI/CD when needed, to deliver robust security-focused solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

• Hands-on C# software engineering skills at a mid-level proficiency, of at least 3 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers on product implementation and technical problem-solving.
• Critical thinking: break problems into clear steps, identify gaps in understanding, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.

ABOUT THE ROLE
