AgileEngine in Pereira, RIS, Colombia, is seeking a mid-level C# Developer to contribute to an application-protection product built on C# and IL. You will work with two senior engineers, learning obfuscation and runtime protection while supervising AI-assisted development.

We value collaboration, problem solving, and a willingness to explore beyond the main stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD when needed.

• Hands-on C# software engineering skills at a mid-level proficiency, of at least 3 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers on product implementation and technical problem-solving.
• Critical thinking: break problems into clear steps, identify gaps in understanding, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify implementations achieve the intended result.

Responsabilidades

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a C# Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of an application-protection product built on C# and IL. This person works alongside two senior engineers on implementation and problem-solving, building familiarity with obfuscation and runtime protection. Comfort supervising AI-assisted development and verifying results is part of the role.
