WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Social Video Editor to craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and emerging platforms. You’ll work with designers, strategists, and producers to create culturally relevant content that drives results for clients.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of editing experience, strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, and a passion for fast-moving social storytelling. This is an on-site Bogotá role, with collaboration across senior team members.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience in digital marketing or agency environments.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and typography.
• Familiarity with social platforms and their native editing features (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple edits, staying fast and high-quality.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eager to learn from senior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver engaging short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects.
• Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and client voice.
• Stay on top of cultural trends and platform updates; integrate music and memes.
• Create multiple versions and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure accuracy in timing, captions, graphics, and sound across assets.
