Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing focusing on social media.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and full-funnel marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).

We're seeking a Social Media Specialist who blends creativity with strategic thinking to lead our social media presence and drive multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is key in increasing engagement, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. You’ll coordinate digital campaigns, execute content strategies, support product launches, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Social Media Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize organic social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit).
    • Build and maintain editorial and content calendars aligned with special U.S. dates and holidays.
    • Write engaging copy and create content tailored to each platform (text, images, video).
    • Engage with competitors, influencers, influential mentions, top industry communities, and groups on social media.
    • Implement content scheduling using tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar platforms.
    • Monitor channel performance and community engagement, adjusting tactics as needed based on analytics.
  • Content & Messaging Coordination
    • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, including:
      • Social media posts (cronoposts)
      • Website content
      • Ad copy and creative for paid media
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to uphold brand voice and creative standards.
  • Brand & Competitor Social Listening & Trend Analysis
  • Conduct monthly audits and social listening of competitors’ strategies across social media platforms, blogs, forums, and news sites, and identify winning content and terms.
  • Analyze sentiment trends to detect shifts in brand perception over time.
  • Track trending keywords, hashtags, and identify emerging topics or pain points related to our brand, competitors, and industry.
  • Provide insights on social trends and incorporate findings into content strategy.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Support product and feature launches with coordinated campaign activities.
    • Execute virtual events, such as webinars, live events, and podcasts.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track trending keywords, hashtags, and content gaps relevant to our industry.
    • Provide insights on social trends and incorporate findings into content strategy.
    • Track performance metrics and present insights and recommendations using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Power BI, and Salesforce.
    • Present actionable insights to optimize strategy and enhance ROI.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on strategic planning, social media, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of full-funnel marketing.
  • Proficient with tools like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).
  • Highly organized, strategic thinking, detail-oriented, creative, autonomous, and self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.
