About The Role
Are you a creative powerhouse with a metrics-driven mindset? Do you live and breathe social media virality, especially on TikTok? We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale our presence across multiple platforms, with a special focus on TikTok. You’ll build a passionate community, create viral content, and manage influencer partnerships that drive organic growth and sales.
This isn’t a typical social media role — we want originality, energy, and bold ideas.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and more
- Create original and engaging content: videos, memes, trends, and posts that stand out
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, recruiting and collaborating with micro and macro influencers
- Grow and engage the community by sparking conversations, responding to followers, and running fun engagement initiatives
- Run and optimize ongoing campaigns with viral hooks to maintain customer engagement
- Analyze performance data to understand what works and scale success
- Assist with general media partnerships and content creation as needed
- Stay up to date on social media trends and technologies to fuel growth
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of social media marketing experience with proven success growing accounts across platforms
- Strong TikTok expertise and a history of creating viral, high-engagement content
- Experience managing medium+ sized accounts for multiple brands, with clear metrics to show results
- Proven ability to manage large influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Creative and data-driven mindset, skilled in both visual and written content
- Deep understanding of internet culture and trends, able to spot viral opportunities early
- Excellent, engaging communication style
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and open to new challenges

Important Details
Role
We’re primarily looking for TikTok experience, though this is a full-platform social media manager role. Candidates should be able to share in advance:
- Metrics on engagement or sales generated from their organic content and influencer partnerships
- Information on the largest account they have managed, the growth achieved, and the timeframe
Compensation: $1,200 - 1,500 USD/month
