We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator who wants to work with a U.S.-based clientele alongside some of the most talented entrepreneurs and creators in the world.

You’ll work directly with our Social Media Manager and play a key role in content scheduling, reporting, and audience engagement.

This position will start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role and a long-term career path within the company if performance is strong.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Coordinate with video editors and team members to ensure timely posting of content.
  • Assist in writing captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports using tools like Metricool, Later, or native platform analytics.
  • Research trends, competitors, and content strategies to provide recommendations.
  • Support community management (replying to comments, DMs, and fostering engagement).
  • Attend weekly meetings to align with the team and report on progress.
Qualifications
  • Strong written English (must be clear, professional, and engaging).
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating content on social media platforms.
  • Ability to work US hours (Pacific or Eastern Time zones).
  • Comfortable using project management software (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Familiar with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Buffer, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Creative, ambitious, and passionate about branding and content.

Compensation
  • Expected Monthly Salary Range: USD $700 – $1300 + Bonuses
