We are looking for native level Simplified or Traditional Chinese Social Media Community Managers & Moderators to monitor social channels and excite and engage with their audience.
Our mission is to cultivate strong, genuine connections with our brand's audience, creating a true sense of community and sparking engagement through meaningful interactions. By actively monitoring social media channels, we ensure that every comment and piece of content shared reflects positively and authentically on the brand.

Working Hours:
We are looking for someone with greater availability across the week and particularly on weekends. Shifts: Moderation 6pm, Engagement 10pm (UK times).

IT Policy:
We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy, which means your PC will need to meet the following requirements: Operating system - Windows 11 / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher with Admin credentials, at least 8GB RAM, a secure home-based broadband Internet connection, 40 GB available HDD, a Webcam and headset, and an Android or iOS device for 2FA.
