Jobtailor in Bogotá seeks a skilled Social Media Manager to implement campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and emerging platforms. You will build communities, coordinate with creative and production teams, and deliver measurable KPIs through content calendars and daily listening.

You will curate and create compelling content, monitor engagement, and surface opportunities through social listening to drive brand growth and fan engagement.

Formación

• Experience or ability to manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain social media communities through active interaction.
• Ability to develop and implement social content calendars.
• Ability to monitor, listen, and respond to users daily.
• Social listening and content discovery skills.
• Content planning, curation, and creation skills.
• Ability to set and deliver tangible social KPIs.
• Experience using assessment tools to track content effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with clients' marketing strategies
• Meet internally with creative, client service, and production teams to ensure alignment across platforms
• Manage day-to-day social media activity across all platforms
• Build and maintain social media communities through active interaction
• Develop and implement the social content calendar in collaboration with creative teams
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users daily
• Discover content and brand opportunities through social listening
• Plan, curate, and create content to sustain community growth and fan engagement

• Track content effectiveness and success using assessment tools to support reporting
• Activate super‑fan and surprises‑and‑delight strategies
• Identify and monitor new social developments, opportunities, channels, innovations, and competitors to direct current and future opportunities
