Insight Assurance LLC is hiring a Manager for remote IT audit engagements in Colombia. The role involves executing SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, as well as HIPAA assessments.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of audit experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Key responsibilities include evaluating technology controls and supervising audit staff.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm.
• Experience using GRC and compliance automation tools is a plus.
• Candidates with CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA certification are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute client engagements related to SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations and HIPAA assessments.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Communicate IT audit findings to management and clients.
• Supervise IT audit staff and provide performance management.
• Provide weekly status reports to management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A high degree of motivation

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or management information systems

Herramientas

GRC and compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe)
