Supportwave is seeking a Lead SOC 1/2 auditor to drive audits for SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. You will analyze technical controls, present findings to clients, and push for operational improvements, all in a fully remote LATAM setting. The role includes mentorship and a clear path to permanent employment after 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have Big 4 audit experience, strong English communication, and a growth mindset for professional development.

Formación

• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• IT audit experience at Big 4 or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• High drive for professional growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA audits and report findings.
• Analyze technology controls and present key findings to clients.
• Drive operational improvements and build trusted client relationships.
• Lead meetings and mentorship in a remote LATAM role.
• Provide a pathway to permanent employment after 12 months.
