AgileEngine, LLC. in Colombia is seeking a Shopify Practice Lead to build and steer our e-commerce practice. You will guide implementations, mentor developers, and collaborate with sales on pre-sales calls to turn Shopify into a growth engine.

This role operates in a remote-first environment and offers priority visibility with key clients. As a remote leader, you’ll manage a portfolio of client projects, set technical roadmaps, and ensure high performance, UX, and CRO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and store implementations.
• Experience delivering large-scale Shopify solutions with measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and lead teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and present to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting sales conversations and scoping projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores, apps, and integrations end-to-end.
• Lead engagements, set best practices, scope work, and mentor developers.
• Serve as primary contact for client portfolios and align roadmaps with goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on UX, SEO, and CRO.
• Participate in discovery calls and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing to align tech with business goals.
