Responsibilities

• Direct and control the annual SHE management program in accordance with organizational, legal, and other requirements.
• Direct the execution of activities focused on legal compliance in the areas of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment for the company.
• Define promotion and prevention activities aimed at preventing and controlling occupational diseases with the support of the occupational physician, as well as establishing and implementing epidemiological surveillance programs.
• Plan the implementation, verification, and monitoring of Henkel Colombiana\'s Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, 50001, 45001, DEC 1072, and road safety).
• Periodically evaluate and monitor compliance with general SHE management indicators.
• Plan and periodically monitor legal compliance with SHE requirements.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experience in Safety, Health, and Environment areas
• Experience in production plant operations
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment and HAZOP
