We’re looking for a SharePoint Server Consultant with experience designing, configuring, administering, and supporting on-premises SharePoint environments.
The ideal candidate combines functional consulting skills with strong platform knowledge and can translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SharePoint solutions
- Configure and manage sites, site collections, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and navigation
- Administer SharePoint farms through Central Administration and PowerShell
- Configure and support web applications, service applications, search, workflows, and permissions
- Manage authentication, access controls, and platform security
- Monitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, configuration, and user-access issues
- Support deployments, patches, backups, restoration, and disaster-recovery activities
- Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams across Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and SQL Server
- Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance or training to users and stakeholders
Availability Requirement
- Availability to work during planned maintenance windows between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST/UTC−4), when required and coordinated in advance.
