Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in client success or project coordination in Digital Marketing.

Requirements

This role is expected to work in EST.

  • +2 years of experience in client success, client services, or project coordination in Digital Marketing or Marketing sector (SEO environment experience is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously

  • Comfortable with financial/billing processes (invoicing, reminders, payment tracking)

  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup culture

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, supporting communication via Slack, email, and calls
  • Send weekly recap emails and ensure client updates are timely and accurate
  • Manage client projects in ClickUp: assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress
  • Follow up with contractors and internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Oversee billing and invoicing, send payment reminders, and monitor client payment status
  • Keep client and project data accurate in HubSpot and update weekly reports
  • Support onboarding tasks, OTTO pixel setup, and SEO-related client activities as needed

Salary
  • $1,300–$1,700/month USD (depending on experience and location)
