Stefanini LATAM Digital Hub is seeking a WAN Network Support Engineer to uphold a large-scale enterprise network spanning 500+ locations across North America. You will maintain WAN connectivity, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate restorations with internal teams, providers, and onsite stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in enterprise networking, strong Cisco skills, and experienced in WAN technologies, with advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
Formación
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise networking or WAN support.
- Hands-on Cisco networking experience.
- Proficient with Cisco CLI for troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, DMVPN).
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor WAN connectivity and performance across a large multi-site network.
- Troubleshoot WAN outages using Cisco CLI and diagnostic tools.
- Manage network incidents from detection to restoration.
- Support WAN technologies including MPLS, SD-WAN, DMVPN, Internet, broadband and fiber.
- Coordinate troubleshooting with global IT teams, ISPs and carriers.
- Document steps and restoration activities in ITSM platforms.
- Participate in incident reviews and root-cause analyses.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements.
