NeoWork is seeking a creative Video Editor to join a fast-growing D2C client network in a fully remote capacity. You will edit high-performing video ads for Meta campaigns, create assets from briefs, and manage a large volume of content while maintaining quality and deadlines.

The role requires experience with performance marketing, a strong portfolio in D2C or e-commerce video ads, and advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven experience creating high-performing paid social advertisements, particularly for Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing, D2C, or e-commerce video ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing tools.
• Strong understanding of direct-response video editing principles, audience retention, and creative testing.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining consistent quality.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Basic English proficiency (non-voice role) with the ability to understand written creative briefs and communicate via chat or email.

Responsabilidades
