Willow’s goal is to make high-quality care accessible, thoughtful, and designed to fit real lives. We are seeking an experienced video editor to edit paid social ads, craft motion graphics, and work with AI tools to accelerate production.

Formación

• 5+ years of video editing experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showing paid social and motion graphics work.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience with AI tools and quick learner.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Available to work in US Eastern Time.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and produce paid social ads across multiple formats and platforms.
• Create motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign production.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to speed up production and generate video assets.
• Adapt creative assets across formats and aspect ratios.
• Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and production efficiency.
