HireHawk is seeking a full-time video editor to turn ~20-minute conversations into short-form Instagram/Facebook stories, working directly with the founder. You will craft clear narratives and maintain each client's voice while delivering 3–4 videos per day with strong hooks and pacing.

You will work remotely, Monday to Friday Central Time, becoming more independent as you learn preferences. A portfolio demonstrating Reels and personal-brand content is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years editing experience, with 2+ years in social content.
• Portfolio including Instagram Reels or founder/personal-brand content is required.
• Strong English comprehension and ability to preserve meaning.
• Editing ability and editorial judgment matter more than years or degree.

Responsabilidades

• Turn conversational footage into focused short-form stories with strong hooks, structure, and pacing.
• Identify strongest moments using the founder's guidance to craft a complete narrative.
• Preserve client voice and intent while removing repetition and distractions.
• Add captions, framing, B-roll, punch-ins to improve clarity only when beneficial.
• Deliver clean audio and platform-ready videos with checked subtitles and flow.
