Insight Global is seeking a senior professional to lead UX and business-process improvements across an enterprise. You will gather requirements, own initiatives from prioritization to implementation, and maintain a data-driven backlog aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, influence change without direct authority, and support testing, training, and documentation to ensure measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading UX or business-process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to take an improvement from concept through implementation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Experience analyzing user feedback, support trends, metrics, and business needs.
• Cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams.
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience translating user pain points into measurable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with stakeholders and end users to understand business needs, pain points, and workflow barriers.
• Gather and document business requirements, processes, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Own UX and business-process improvement initiatives from prioritization through implementation.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog based on feedback, operational metrics, support trends, and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned on actions and decisions.
• Support testing, QA, training plans, user training, production support, and user documentation.
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations, cost assessments, benefit statements, and risk analyses.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and support defect resolution.
• Measure and communicate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
