Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CQ Sr. Analyst Techno-vigilance in Mexico City to support safety monitoring and risk assessment across pharmaceutical and medical device products. The role requires strong pharmacovigilance experience and a solid understanding of techno-vigilance processes.

You will conduct signal detection, perform root cause analyses, and prepare clear safety reports while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education in Chemistry, medicine, pharmacy (QFB), or Biomedical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of Pharmacovigilance and techno-vigilance activities.
• Strong skills in process optimization, QMS, RCA and safety investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts root cause analyses and investigations for signal detection.
• Performs medical devices/drug safety monitoring and follow-up.
• Prepares and delivers reports based on customers’ product use.
• Implements risk-based systems to identify and manage techno vigilance/pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Responds to inquiries from external stakeholders regarding product information.
• Trains less-experienced colleagues on techniques and responsibilities.
