NielsenIQ is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Americas Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies with data and market insights.

The ideal candidate combines recruiting expertise with agility, curiosity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will explore AI-enabled practices and contribute to an inclusive, growth-oriented culture.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience recruiting sales talent in SaaS, tech, or insights organizations.
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America; North America is a plus.
  • Strong consultative skills to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and creative techniques.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to use data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Curiosity about AI-enabled recruitment practices.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and long-term talent priorities.
  • Provide consultative advice on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, market conditions, sourcing approaches, and selection decisions.
  • Develop tailored recruiting strategies for both high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting talent markets.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews, and provide clear, well-supported recommendations.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience through timely, transparent, and respectful communication.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring practices and influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS.
  • Stay current on talent trends across the Latin American market.
  • Explore how new tools, automation, technology, and AI can improve sourcing, assessment, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives and represent NielsenIQ at talent and networking events.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and adaptable Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Americas Talent Acquisition team.

Clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ's data and insights to innovate and grow, and attracting the right talent is critical to our success. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with agility, curiosity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will help shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, use data to guide decisions, and explore how technology and AI can improve recruitment.

  • Support employer-branding initiatives and represent NielsenIQ at talent and networking events.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting commercial or sales talent within SaaS, technology, or insights organizations.
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America. North America is a plus.
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and creative recruiting techniques.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to use data and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI-enabled recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
