Perficient, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data/BI Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and Tableau dashboards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring data quality and governance across analytics platforms. Ideal candidates will have extensive Tableau development experience, advanced SQL and data modeling skills, and hands-on work with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Databricks in a cloud data environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Tableau Development and Administration.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
• Expertise building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Build and optimize datasets, semantic layers, and data marts for Tableau reporting.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and reliability across analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineering teams to implement enterprise data solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and Tableau performance for large-scale datasets.
