Nordicrecruiters is seeking a Senior Surveillance Controller (Portuguese-speaking) to lead our new Bogotá live casino studio. You will manage the surveillance team, oversee camera operations, enforce game integrity and compliance, and report on incidents and trends.

The role requires experience in surveillance or security control, fluency in Portuguese, and the ability to lead under high-pressure conditions. Relocation support and visa are provided for this major Latin American expansion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
