You bring strong Ruby on Rails experience, frontend framework skills (Svelte/React/Vue), and a track record of delivering large projects. Fluency in English and a CS degree are expected.

• 5+ years of industry experience, with 2+ as a senior developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading large projects and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to diversify tech decisions and drive outcomes.
