Fountain Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate across disciplines and build user-centered web applications that improve frontline worker experiences.

You will design, develop, test and maintain features, implement RESTful APIs with Rails or Express/Node, and optimize performance while ensuring security and reliability.

Candidates should have 7+ years of full‑stack experience, strong problem solving, and excellent English communication; experience with PostgreSQL is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and architecture thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test and maintain product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features.
• Review and collaborate on other developers’ work.
• Implement RESTful API endpoints and backend features.
• Ensure quality, reliability, operations and security.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize for speed and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve UX.
