Proxify is looking for a Senior Fullstack Ruby on Rails Developer to join a high-growth client team in Colombia. You will be integral to the application's lifecycle, writing clean Ruby code and optimizing the user experience. Strong experience with Rails and modern frontend frameworks is essential.

The role offers consistent hours, flex days, and predictable compensation. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building and scaling applications using Ruby on Rails, Postgres or MySQL, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails production environments.
• Strong skills in frontend frameworks connected via Rails API.
• Expertise in database management and query optimization.
• Practical experience with test-driven development using RSpec.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement features across backend and frontend.
• Optimize slow database queries to enhance performance.
