Twilio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the Enterprise AI Engineering team. You will work on building production-grade, full-stack AI applications that transform how Twilio's Customer Support operates, bridging AI research and robust production systems.

You will lead with technical excellence while mentoring engineers and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software across multiple business functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in data engineering or software development with at least 1 year leading projects.
• Experience with full-stack web apps using JavaScript and TypeScript.

Responsabilidades

• Co‑lead the design and development of software infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee integration of React front-ends with backend services to ensure a seamless UI.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews and workshops.
