Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC, an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive scalable, AI-enabled architecture across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC. You will lead complex modules, collaborate with Product, Architecture, and FinOps, and turn vague needs into precise technical plans for autonomous AI tasks with high reliability.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and leading distributed projects.
Experience designing testable solutions for high-consequence business logic.

Responsibilities

Architects and delivers complex, high-value features across the platform, scalable and observable.
Leads the integration of AI workflows for team throughput while preserving quality.
Protects system integrity by evaluating tradeoffs and reducing long-term complexity.
Decomposes vague requirements into staged execution plans and mitigates risk.
Owns outcomes beyond implementation, translating technical debt into business impact.
Refactors fragile paths and raises code quality through reviews and standards.
Anticipates bottlenecks and resolves them before impacting the roadmap.
Mentors mid-level and junior engineers with code reviews and best practices.
Manages OKRs and KPIs with accountability for outcomes and timelines.
