cobre.co is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps to join our Infrastructure team in Colombia. You will help maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform, working with microservices, cloud infrastructure, and automation to enable zero-downtime deployments.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to design robust runbooks, implement observability, and drive incident response improvements.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in SRE/DevOps with focus on reliability and scalable environments.
• Experience with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong automation mindset with interest in AI-driven remediation (n8n, aws bedrock, python).
• Understanding of secure-by-design infrastructure principles.
• Exposure to GitOps and declarative configuration patterns.
• Strong monitoring/observability and incident management background.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define infrastructure to support the solution architecture.
• Manage AWS and Kubernetes with zero-downtime deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure services and incidents.
• Review instrumentation and ensure dashboards are created for monitoring.
• Automate runbooks and remediation to reduce MTTR.
• Perform periodic load and capacity testing to establish baselines.
• Lead weekly operational state reviews with SREs and product teams.
• Contribute to incident postmortems and reliability reviews.
• Promote SRE culture across teams and mentor engineers.
