BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security & Kubernetes Engineer to embed advanced security practices into our platform products. You will lead secure engineering standards and design container architectures for enterprise environments.

You will mentor teams, automate security with IaC, and oversee IAM, encryption, and secrets management across workloads. This role is remote with global impact and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Engineering or DevSecOps.
• Expertise securing containerized workloads and Kubernetes architectures.
• Strong IAM, encryption, and secrets management knowledge.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform/Helm.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-product security architecture initiatives and define secure engineering standards across the organization.
• Secure containerized workloads and design resilient Kubernetes security architectures.
• Automate and manage security configurations using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Implement and govern robust identity, access management, and encryption strategies to protect sensitive data.
• Mentor development teams on secure coding practices and drive high-impact security solutions.
