Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to own both agile delivery and project governance for assigned projects. This hands-on role requires leading agile ceremonies and sometimes transitioning into traditional project management for hybrid initiatives.

You will be the single accountable point for technical and business stakeholders. You will work with teams across operational, infrastructure, and capex-based projects, ensuring clear RAID artifacts, structured documentation,

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach implementing agile in transforming organizations.
• Ability to flex into project management on waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background in staff augmentation or embedded consultant model.

Responsibilities

• Run agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and workflow structuring using Jira and Confluence.
• Flex into project management on waterfall or hybrid initiatives, particularly operational, infrastructure, and capex-based projects.
• Conduct discovery with teams before proposing recommendations, map workflows and validate findings with them.
• Produce documentation including RAID logs, RACI matrices, closure documents, retrospectives, and backlogs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for audiences from operational teams to executives.
• Align terminology and recommendations to the client's context and ways of working.
• Manage scope with discipline within the client PMO agreement.
• Build and maintain trust with multiple technical and business stakeholders including QA and development teams.
