BairesDev is hiring a Semi Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum processes across multiple teams. You will resolve impediments, improve team dynamics, and drive agile maturity to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to apply them in different environments.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software development knowledge.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilités

• Guide multiple Scrum teams in effectively using the Scrum framework and adopting Agile methodologies.
• Proactively address issues related to teamwork, process, and workflow to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to align and standardize Agile practices across teams.
• Facilitate organizational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving product goals.
