INDI Staffing Services in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a seasoned Scrum Master to guide IT teams through Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure requirements are captured and delivered efficiently.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, drive continuous improvement, foster self-organization, and support flexible, hybrid work arrangements with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Scrum Master.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT industry.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Guide teams in mastering Scrum practices for effective execution.
• Lead Scrum events, enhancing collaboration and transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
• Remove obstacles to boost quality deliverables.
