Perficient is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to oversee the complete QA lifecycle, collaborating with PMs, management, and a dedicated QA team. The role drives test strategy, resource planning, and SCRUM ceremonies to align testing with business goals.

You will liaise with upper management, scrum master, developers, release engineers, and business analysts, ensuring clear communication and portfolio quality across Salesforce implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in QA and Testing Projects.
• 1+ years of experience in QA Lead position.
• High English written and verbal communication skills to build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders.
• Strong analysis abilities and a high level of customer service to perform exceptional work.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with project managers to elicit high-level requirements.
• Estimate project timelines and allocate necessary resources with management.
• Supervise and guide a team of QA Engineers assigned to the project.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to align testing with business needs.
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy to ensure quality.
• Monitor QA tickets and manage QA resources effectively.
• Plan, prepare, and manage test data and environments.
• Design test scenarios and develop test cases.
• Execute manual testing and communicate results.
• Identify, report and track incidents until resolution; perform root cause analysis.
• Lead triage to address issues promptly.
• Plan for regression testing across Salesforce releases.
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot with analysts.
• Collaborate with business analysts to ensure requirement alignment.
• Serve as main QA contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand system architecture to inform testing strategies.
