Lifted, an Upwork Company™, seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep Salesforce Data Cloud expertise to design, build, and optimize scalable customer data solutions. You will own data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, activation, and enterprise integrations across platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development capabilities with hands-on Data Cloud implementation experience and data engineering fundamentals.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation concepts.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platform integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.
• Partner with business, product, and architecture stakeholders to translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize activation workflows connecting Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.
• Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, integration, and activation issues and recommend durable improvements.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks.
