At Paraty Tech, we're looking for a Data Analyst & CRO to lead the analytics and conversion optimization of our digital projects. You'll be key to transforming our clients' direct sales.

We work closely with our clients to increase their sales through efficient execution of service operations, administrative, logistical, and planning activities. We operate across Southwest Europe (France, Portugal, Italy), with central workshops, labs, sales, finance, and other departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and data management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives. We're looking for a Growth Data Analyst to bring clarity and direction to our growth strategy through data.

Responsibilities include gathering internal and external stakeholder needs, transforming them into requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a customer-driven digital strategy.

Requirements include fluent English, with French being a plus, and the ability to travel willing. We offer a competitive salary, with a range of 50,000 - 105,000 Euros per year.
