Clara is seeking a Risk Analytics Lead to own the analytical engine of its Risk function globally. The role spans risk modeling, Model Risk Management, and risk data infrastructure, working with Data and senior leadership in a fast-growing B2B fintech environment across Latin America.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical risk modeling expertise with strong governance, communication skills, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.

Formación

• Academic background in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years in credit risk analytics with full model lifecycle ownership.
• Experience building or managing a Model Risk Management framework.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain the full suite of risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, ECL, etc.).
• Own model backtesting, monitoring, and recalibration.
• Lead Model Risk Management framework and governance.
• Design risk data infrastructure in collaboration with Data team.
• Lead a lean Risk Analytics team and partner with Policy, Credit Desk, Portfolio, and Compliance.
