Concentrix in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Sr. Quality Evaluator to monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls and other customer contacts for accuracy and adherence to quality standards. You will help assess quality and provide insights to improve program performance.

The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering reliable evaluations and reports to stakeholders.

Formación

• Associates Degree in related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate a sample of inbound/outbound calls and other contact methods (chat, email).
• Meet productivity requirements and report results to Quality Leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
• Contribute to internal quality audits and process improvements.
• Maintain program knowledge of client products, services and programs.
• Support key drivers, metrics and processes that influence KPI performance.
