Viamericas is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to assure the quality of development products. You will design and write high-quality tests for our web and Windows applications, collaborating with Product owners and Delivery Director to define automation strategy.

You should have a detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and solid experience with SQL, AWS, and test automation tools to prevent issues before reaching customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IS, IT or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team and execs.
• Ability to collaborate and work with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and develop manual and automated tests for web and Windows apps.
• Design test cases for front-end, APIs and backend using JavaScript/SQL.
• Define automation strategy with Product owners and Delivery Director.
• Identify and document problems in program function, output, or content.
• Plan test schedules aligned with project scope and dates.
• Participate in product design reviews for requirements and schedules.
• Report bugs clearly and reproducibly to development team.
• Write test cases for new products and features.
• Review and analyze product requirements.
