Job summary

GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Senior/Lead QA Engineer in Colombia to drive quality across AI systems and securitization platforms in capital markets.

You will design test strategies for LLM-based systems, build automated suites (UI, API, backend), and lead regression testing while mentoring junior QAs. Strong domain knowledge and automation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA / quality engineering; 3+ in lead/senior role.
• Securitization or capital markets domain knowledge.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium/Robot/Playwright).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for AI-based systems including prompts and bias testing.
• Test RAG pipelines, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph flows; MCP integrations.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, backend).
• Validate end-to-end securitization deal workflows and data reconciliation.
• Lead regression testing, defect triage and production support.
• Track quality KPIs; report to leadership; mentor junior QAs.

Job description

At GFT, a global AI-centric digital transformation company, we're looking for a Senior / Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across AI systems and securitization platforms in capital markets, combining traditional QA with AI-specific validation. Based in Colombia, working Colombia hours (COT, UTC-5), Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and execute test strategies for LLM-based systems: prompts, hallucinations, bias, safety and red-team testing
• Test RAG pipelines, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph flows and MCP integrations
• Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API and backend)
• Validate end-to-end securitization deal workflows and data reconciliation
• Lead regression testing, defect triage and production support
• Track quality KPIs, report to leadership and mentor junior QAs

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years in QA / quality engineering, 3+ in a lead or senior role
• Securitization, capital markets or similar asset classes domain knowledge
• Test automation with Selenium, Robot Framework or Playwright
• Java and Python, with framework implementation experience
• API automation, SQL, data validation and reconciliation testing
• CI/CD and DevOps (Jenkins, GitHub or similar)
• Understanding of LLM architecture and behavior
• Hands-on LangChain and/or LangGraph
• RAG pipelines, vector databases and agentic solutions
